About Me

I’m Ana Juarez. For 33 years, I’ve led real teams in real organizations. I didn’t learn leadership in a classroom. I learned it by doing it.

And I’m tired of seeing organizations waste money on leadership development that doesn’t actually develop leaders.

That’s why I built JTLI.
